The prophetic dimension is an avenue to release God’s mandate upon His creature. As I declared last week, this is the month of GOODNEWS for everybody reading this article and so it will be in Jesus name.
This week, I am treating the MYSTERY OF TIME. Every prophecy has it time. Lets consider Ecclesiastes 3:1...to every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
Before you start wondering how I arrived at this scripture, the text in consideration for these prophetic sundays remained Isaiah 43:19...Behold, I will do a new thing: now it shall spring forth shall ye not know it.
The time frame in this prophecy is now, that is why we are looking at the mystery of time.
Do you see a man that excels in his life, he understand time and manage it well.
You can become a new person this year, with God’s help. God is the God of newness. He loves doing new things. Infact, did you know that right now, whether you like it or not, you’re a new person.
So, a lot can happen in a year, and we tend to do two things:
- We look back and regret, we wish we could have perhaps done something different.
- And we look ahead and begin to resolve, we being able to resolve that what we have done in the past, we will not repeat in the future.
There are four things you need to know about God’s Timing in your life.
- God’s Timing is Sovereign (3:1a),
it simply means He is in total control, if you notice the first part of the text. There is an appointed time for everything, not most things, not convenient things. And if you can learn to live with that in mind, Heb 4:13-16.
- God is timing is sufficient, (Eccl 3:1b)
You may be in a place right now in your life where you’re wondering if God is ever going to show up. I might not even know your story. Maybe your marriage is in jeopardy, at the brink of losing your job, sick s and there isn’t hope. Whatever your situation is, I can’t promise you that God’s going to answer your prayer the way you want Him to, but I can promise you that you will make it though, if you hold fast to Him.
- God’s timing is seasonal (Eccl 3:2-8)
All of these seasons that the Bible describes are opposites and they are seasonal. This isn’t just talking about picking up and stones and throwing them back. This passage is describing all the different seasons of life. Life comes in seasons but I declare this is your season of new experience in Jesus name.
- God’s timing is surprising.
We are not always ready for it. We can usually think of a thousand reasons why we are not ready to do what God wants us to do. But when I look at verse 2-8, one of the things that just jumps off the page at me is that we have a creative God. Surely this month, God will surprised you from every angle mightily in Jesus name. When everybody said it is over for Obed-edom, God arose to deliver him from the claws of poverty, there is a surprise package for your life and nothing, I mean nothing can hinder it in Jesus name. 1 Chronicle 13:14.
You must study the movement of God’s timing and seize the moment of timing.
Notice opportunities to apply what you have learned .
Don’t stop praying, believe strongly in Him and never stop the kingdom race (Matthew 6:33).
The day you take eyes away from the race, you will be in the world and it is dangerous.
