IS GOD STILL ANGRY WITH ME, Prt. 4

So, I decided to live for Jesus, the stripes of their tongue tattooed my ego wherever I go, my newly found faith thrown me to the peak of campus gist.

The scorching of the sun pinned into my eyes to signify the young day is noon, so I have been dreaming  'the revival'.
I had a dream, in a land not too far but in the subconscious, ipogo.  They have heard How I preached and a  whole nation was on her kneel for Jesus.  They want to see the preacher who had turned the notorious ones to the glorious one.

The land is Ipogo,  the men were like Berea, they love the word searching daily to confirm the word I spoke. We tour the whole land. Each city with new challenges, the lame walk, the blind see, it was an explosion of miracle so tired and decided to rest after one year in the land. In twinkle of an eye, I found myself on my bed.

I was shocked as you just had, Where is Ipogo? Let's than a year of my revival I couldn't have been so used like that.  Still dazed, I prayed.

We were in the class, discussing philosophy when one of friend challenged my beliefs. The thoughts of Ipogo came back, I preached from Daniel 3 and 4, the heathen king said, is it not three men we threw into the fire, I see a fourth person whose appearance is like the son of GOD, in a space of time, I was talking in new testament, the blindness of man have made him drift from GOD.
There was no choice for many of them, they want Jesus, they are ready, speedily we were at Golgotha,  confessions with oceans of tears all over. The dream was just a pointer to what will happen in the class.

Next was the day Satan visited me, let's see, that should be part 5..please wait for the next episode.

YOU WON'T BELIEVE THIS!

Some hours ago, the Lord ministered to me but the message is unusual,  He said everyone needs help. I was wondering if I heard Him correctly,  He said I didn't create anyone to function solely. 

The mystery was hovering in my heart as I began to search the scripture but to my amazement Genesis 1:26, portray GOD as one who called others in the Godhead to create man.

The Lord have created man or His entire creation as a colony, I remember the nutrient cycle in science class.

To guard against pride we are made to be inter-dependent, you need me, I need you.

The rich need the poor, the poor needs the rich.
We shouldn't in anyway place more emphasis on ourselves,  life is a colony, let's exploit it now.

GOD instructed Adam and Eve to manage the garden but immediately Adam chose to do it alone, Eve fell and drag him down with her.

We are all at fault if the plans of GOD is not instituted in our community. 

Satan tried to ursurp God's kingdom because of ' I' syndrome but he was proved wrong. We are not Superman but a unit in components. 

If GOD needs us to populate the earth, why do you think you don't need that person.

Make your self available to others because one day you may need them.

EPHESIANS 4:1-12

The introduction is an instruction ‘I beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called.

There is something going on in today’s ministry that is highly disheartening. The message from the pulpit is fast depreciating from what the master have sent us (Mark 16:15, Matthew 28:19). We have resorted into mere criticism of others ministries rather walk worthy of our own calling.

The teachers now see the prophet as lacking the mystery of the word while the prophet sees the teacher as a mere talkative lacking the vision from above. The evangelist is seen as nobody while the Apostle see himself as super man forgetting Ephesians 4:2-3

- with all lowliness (another word for humility)

- meekness (extreme calmness)

- longsuffering (endurance)

- forbearing in love(tolerance).

Then the doctrine of prayer now comes in, note verse 4, there is one body and one spirit , even as ye are called in one hope of your calling .

I read from a blog where a preacher said it is evil to pray against demon and those who claimed to be warfare Evangelist are mere propagandist. I asked myself the meaning of this text Matthew 7:7-8 , Jesus spoke about three (3) levels of prayers

- Asking and receiving (Inquiring through prayer)

We all need direction, I mean divine, so there is need to ask from God what we don’t know or what need James 1:5 . simple prayer, I called this!

- Seeking and finding (praying to discover the missing virtue), can you start looking or searching for a thing that is not missing NO! but it is possible for someone to loose a virtue and there is need to search and Jesus

gave the assurance that we will find.

- Knocking and opening (breaking siege through rigorous prayer), if the door is not closed, you can’t knock, open doors does not need knocking, so it is possible for doors to be closed either by sin or the

invasion of the enemy, why man slept his enemy came…..and also Ephesians 6:10-12

Can somebody read the content of Genesis 27:39- 40

And Isaac his father answered and said unto him, Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above; And by thy sword

shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion, that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck.

That is a typical warfare charging.

It is ignorance of the highest order when you attack or discourage those giving the insight of these things.

Jesus cast out the demons in Mary Magdalene before she became His friend, so why condemn the man called to cast out demons, is it a sin that God empower a man

to see and to cast a demon?

Read the exploit of Prophet Elisha in 2 Kings 5-9, then tell me where we get the doctrine on condemnation.

Let the prophet tell me where we should put the word of Jesus in Matthew 28:19 to teach the world the gospel of the kingdom win and baptize them. The teaching ministry. Where do we put the Evangelist?

The word Apostle means ‘the called, follower or chosen’. It is also believed to mean someone who can operate in all offices as seen in the 12 disciples of Jesus.

The ugly truth is abide in the master if you must bring forth good fruit.. John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same

bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

We are not equally gifted so make sure the portion giving to you is well taking care of.

Like the story in Matthew 20:1-14, most of us have forgotten the bargain with the master and have chosen to start chancing shadows, abide in Jesus and not in useless doctrine of human ego. For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

I am for Paul and Apollo is another problem killing the spread of the gospel, we now spend relevant time on the irrelevance.

Brethren, face your calling and bring honour to the one who have invested in you Matthew 25:14-24 , it cost Him His first glory and earthly torment in the hand of

Pharisees and their cohorts.

Let not these things be heard among you, Ephesians 5:3-6 

The other day, I read on another blog where the writer said Paul is not of God and his teaching should be discarded then I asked myself why in God’s name?

God is not the author of confusion in His body, whoever is preaching another gospel is not of Jesus but of self and satan.

Why in God’s name should we abandon our godly mission for envy, jealous, wrath, strife when souls are perishing? God bless you till we meet next time.

INSPIRED! NO ONE IS AN ISLAND

I saw this on my friend's (Ronke Ani) wall and i want you to learn from It was Friday night.

A pastor was struggling to prepare his sermon and didn't want to be disturbed by his five year old daughter, so he removed a map of the world from his study, tore it into

pieces and gave it to her to assemble with the promise that he would answer all her

questions and play with her when she was done.

He knew she would never be able to fix it. To his amazement, in less than five minutes, she returned to him in his study

with the map in perfect shape, every continent and every country in its place.

The surprised father asked, ''Honey, you don't know anything about geography, so how did you fix the world so easily and quickly?

The five year old girl smiled sweetly and replied, ''The picture of Jesus was at back of the map and I knew that if I have Jesus in the right place, the whole world would be in perfect shape''

That was just the right inspiration he needed for his sermon.

He thanked his daughter and prepared a powerful sermon on the subject "Fix your world by placing God at the right place".

GRADUATES FROM THE SCHOOL OF TROUBLE Prt 4

I bless GOD for your life and for everyone that will still read this piece.  Graduates from the school of trouble reaches episode four,  the greatest mistake you can make is to walk into the traps set for; so today I say be observant. As we read in Nehemiah 6 yesterday, never get carried away with any of their gesture, they can resort to philanthropy,  seek your audience, flattering or even praise you. 

Satan is very crafty and so is His students. Anyone trained by him behaves like him, that is the reason someone will steal from his office and use it as a special offering in God's church.

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying you should make a demon out of anybody but be very observant in your dealing with a rebellious fellow. Their repentance could be faked and cosmesticated. Judas never for once repented, Demas was with Paul, Korah, Dathan and Abiram all stood their ground in doing evil. As a child of GOD there is need, to be cautious; you don't need to pick up a fight or open confrontation,  be wise, be observant, don't sign any document without studying it well, know the party to attend or the secret to divulge, be careful to accept gift or honorariums . wisdom is profitable to direct. 

Nehemiah knew this secret that is why he achieved his project, study Nehemiah chapter 6

GRADUATES FROM THE SCHOOL OF TROUBLE, Prt 3

Now when Sanballat and Tobiah and Geshem the Arab and the rest of our enemies heard that I had built the wall and that there was no breach left in it ( although up to that time I had not set up the doors in the gates), Sanballat and Geshem sent to me, saying,“Come and let us meet together at Hakkephirim in the plain of Ono.” But they intended to do me harm. And I sent messengers to them, saying, “I am doing a great work and I cannot come down. Why should the work stop while I leave it and come down to you?” And they sent to me four times in this way, and I answered them in the same manner. (ESV). NEHEMIAH 6:1-4

Yesterday I expansiated on Prayer as a tool to break the camel back of rebellion, today from the above Scripture we shall be looking at CONCENTRATION .

Nehemiah refused to be distracted even when the opposition was thick.

One of the aim of a rebellious fellow is to make you stop the right things you are doing. The more attention you gave to them, the more you loose focus on your destiny and success.

A snap in the spirit or physical wastes some time that may be the key to winning. It's a strategy to waste your time, which give them the room to destroy you. 

Stop listening to what a rebellious person is saying, stop being disturb of His action, stop being controlled by their action, stop being manoeuvre by the opposition.  Get your eyes fixed on the objective.  They are just their to push you  to your best. A switch in attention to this people will cost you more than you think, they will stop you from achieving your assignment and make you sin against GOD.

Hold on, they have failed even before they start, never pick up a fight with a rebellious fellow that is their area of expertise.

Any rebellion against GOD instituted authority is a sin and open to His judgement, this is the first thing to understand if you are going to win the battle against the graduates from the school of trouble. Lets consider the Scripture on the sin of rebellion
1 Samuel 15:23
For rebellion is as the sin of divination, and presumption is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, he has also rejected you from being king.
Proverbs 17:11
An evil man seeks only rebellion, and a cruel messenger will be sent against him.

First rebellion is liken to witchcraft, which mean rebellious fellow will not make heaven and under God's anger.
Secondly, a rebellious fellow is evil that means satanic. God will raise somebody to deal with such a fellow. 1 John 3:8, says for this reason the son of man manifest to destroy the work of the devil.
Satan rebel against GOD and he was diagraced. GOD hates all act of rebellion and it is enough reason to silence them.

The second point is this, tell GOD to extinguish fire of rebellion around you. I mean pray with zeal,  that there activities be paralyzed. This is possible if you have not done the same to others and you have not been wicked and heartless to them. Exploiting God's standard is very important than human management techniques.

GRADUATES FROM THE SCHOOL OF TROUBLE prt 1

Men of GOD and several other Bible hero have alot to tell about those who had being thorns in their flesh. In Genesis 6, it was recorded that GOD became sad because he created man, it is a clear case of rebellion which was first attempted by Cain.

It didn't take too long before the men in Babel decided to test their imagination; we are going to build tower that winks the heaven, gosh they were defeated.

The gay in Sodom and Gomorrah decided to rape angels,  blindness came upon them and their city disappeared till date.

I believe you have not forgetting the political thugs in Nehemiah, Shaballat and Tobiah they ridiculed God's work, wrote petitions, destabilize kingdom work, what a pity! they were  blotted from history.

I remember those people that went to hell without tasting death, korah,  Dathan and Abriam. They gang up against Moses,  gbam... creates discord in the camp and disgrace the man of GOD, delay the people, at the end they went to hell straight,  they died an horrible death.

They are graduates from the school of trouble

Rebellion in the church, office or family should not be a problem when you read this piece. I will be sharing with you great secrets to overcome rebellion .

GOD will give you the winning wisdom in Jesus name, watch out for part two tomorrow.



     

WHEN YOU PRAISE HIM, HE RAISES YOU

PSALM 149:1-9
Praise is God’s favourite delicacy and anytime you give him praise you are in for a Raise. God lives inside praise so if you will attract the intervention of’ God, praise must never depart from your mouth. If God lives in praise, it therefore means that He “dies” in murmuring and complaining. The only environment that makes God powerless is the environment of complaints. Are you not
the one delaying your miracle? You have complained and murmured over the years not knowing you are rendering Cloud powerless. If you will start to give God praise, you will start to experience a raise in every area of your life.

1. God’s power: Exodus 15: 11: God’s power is manifest when praise is activated. In this life you cannot live without power. Life is a battle. Only the powerful can overcome. Exodus 15: 11 says, “ God is fearful in praises, doing wonders.” If you want
God to display His power in your life, you must begin to praise Him.

2. God’s blessing: Psalm 67:5-7: The best and most secure way to break the curses over your life or family is to give God ceaseless praise. Praise is like a fertilizer that gives you a better and faster yield. Whichever area you desire increase, praise is the Key. No matter how hard your field is, praise is
the softener.

3. God’s wonders: Joshua 6:13-20. Great wonders are wrought through praise. How do you explain the conquest of Jericho? It is simply God’s wonders. Praise commits God to act on behalf’ of’ the praise giver.

4. God’s presence: Psalm 22:3 tells us that God dwells in the praise of His people. To attract God’s presence, you must give Him praise. In His presence is fullness of joy and pleasance for evermore (Psalm 16:11).

5. God’s glory: 2 Chronicles 15:13-14. Praise is what attracts the cloud of God’s glory. Do you still remember the experience of the children of Israel in the wilderness? During the day the pillar of cloud was there to direct and protect them. To bring this
same cloud down over your life, you must give God praise. And when the cloud is full, it will bring forth the rain of God’s blessing. What makes the cloud full is your praise. Is your cloud full? The rain is not falling because the cloud is not yet full.
Increase your lifestyle of praise and you will begin to experience the rain of glory.

6. God’s backing: The account in 2 Chronicles 20:20 is still a mystery. How on earth could you go to battle against five fearful nations with instruments of praise? Confronting ammunitions with trumpets
and Cymbals? This is imbalance. God is the only one that can do this. You better humble yourself and develop a heart of continual praise before the devil humbles you with irreversible calamity. Invisible battles are won in the atmosphere of
praises.

7. God’s deliverance: Acts 16:25. What praise does is to deliver you from trouble and in trouble. What do you do in the midnight hour of your destiny?
There’s no prison door that God cannot open. Were there no prisoners there before Paul and Silas came in? Their p rison doors remained locked because their mouth was also locked. Loo se your mouth in praise and your prison doors will be opened.

Everywhere God finds praise, He comes down. Why not begin to live a life of praise! Appreciate every little thing that God does in your life; sing hymns and psalms to Him. When faith, prayer and miracles fail, praise never fails. It is eternal. Even when we get to heaven,

GRACE THE ENABLER!

"But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with
me" (1 Corinthians 15:10)

A personal resolve and strong determination to overcome is an essential requirement for the believer who wants to
succeed in the Christian faith. That is why the word of God says it is only those who
are willing and obedient that shall eat the good of the land (Isaiah 1:19). This is notwithstanding the fact that God's grace
and mercy have pre-qualified us all to enjoy God's blessings and provisions.
The grace of God and His enduring mercy are made available to us chiefly to enable the individual do that which is needful.

In First Corinthians 15:10, the Apostle Paul testified that even though it was the grace of God that positioned him and made him what he was, that grace bestowed upon him was not in vain because he laboured more
abundantly than all else through that same grace of God which was with him. His life teaches us that grace enables and it is never
an excuse to condone slothfulness.
In the same way, the purpose of God’s mercy that is extended to us is to properly position us to take the right action. A good
illustration is the deliverance of Lot and his family from the destruction that came upon Sodom and Gomorrah. Whereas God magnified His mercy on Lot's family, their responsibilities it was to run to safety without looking back. Unfortunately, Lot's wife was not so determined to do her part
of the bargain. And even though she received God's great mercy, she still perished in the destruction of Sodom because she was unwilling to do her part. Thus her life demonstrates to us that a man could receive mercy and still perish if he fails to do the needful.

Beloved, let it be clear to you that God's grace and mercy are not meant to and cannot substitute for the efforts we are
supposed to contribute to God's wonderful programme for our lives. It was written of Jesus Christ that He was full of grace and truth (John 1:14). But we all can testify to His strong resolve, commitment and labour to walk in that truth. His legacy did not lay in the fact that He was full of grace; rather, the legacy He left us is His good works done in truth.

9 PROPHETIC PRAYERS FOR OCTOBER

Take these prayers in midnights or early in the morning, with following Psalms, 4,27 and 10

appreciate GOD for atleast for 15minutes

*Fire of GOD locate and paralyze every strong man manipulating my blessing days

*Father, by your power release upon the oil of total breakthrough

* I release my benefactors from every strongman in the name of Jesus

* Every tower of backwardness erected because of me, fall by fire in Jesus name

* O Lord arise and crush every Pharaoh that have refused to me go

* Father open my eyes to my open doors in the name of Jesus

* Enemy of glory loose your hold upon me in the name of Jesus.

* Father,  favour my businesss,  family,  proposals, church etc as I set my foot on this month in the name of Jesus.

* Arrow of failure shot against me, fail in the name of Jesus.

Pray for those in one challenge or the other as your prayer offering.

Good intentions and God's will

In the world we find ourselves,  there are many things we endup doing which are not God's will for us. Truly, they are not bad, atimes it fits the eye and massage the egos. It oftens answer the impending question yet GOD is against it. Let me share some from the scriptural perspective,  Sarah suggested Haggai to Abraham,  GOD rejected the option because that is not is original intention.
Example two is David trying to build a house for GOD but bluntly rejected it.
There was a man who ran miles to deliver a message to David, he ends up dead though with a Good intention but mess up big time.
As you read this short piece, think,  what you are doing is it God's will or mere ego massaging.

Pastor, Here's Why You Are More Vulnerable to Sexual Temptation Than You Think prt 2

3. Protection and policies around ministers can be lax.
Churches rarely have policies requiring accountability software on their computer or mobile phone. Few or no precautions are taken when the minister is counseling someone of the opposite sex. And ministers
often go on visitation to homes by themselves.
Policies don’t cure bad behavior or a wayward congregant, but they provide an extra boundary that may be a difference maker in a tempting situation.

4. Ministers have few people they can share their deepest struggles with.
It’s hard for a minister to be transparent. His closest relationships are usually with church people, and he doesn’t want to share deeply with parishioners.
Neither does he share his personal or sexual struggles with other ministers for fear he might lose his job.

5. Ministers frequently feed off the approval of others.
Ministers can be approval addicts. Their identities can revolve around the attention and comments of others.
A minister’s wellbeing, if it is unhealthy, rises and falls with every “Good sermon” or “Sister Carolina  is mad at you.” Not only are broken church members looking
for attention, but so are broken ministers.
Sexual tension in a minister/parishioner relationship is powerful and deadly. It pushes the button of an approval addict and the needy church member, and can quickly lead to disaster.

Pastor, Here's Why You Are More Vulnerable to Sexual Temptation Than You Think prt 1

Let me start off by saying no one is immune to sexual temptation. It doesn’t matter what your job is, how old you are or how much time you spend with Jesus each day. We all have the potential to fall sexually.
Even ministers … and maybe especially ministers.
Ministers have jobs that automatically put them in a pressure cooker.
It’s not unusual to have a stressful job, but there are five unique aspects of a ministry position that make it more vulnerable to opening the door to sexual temptation

1. A pastorate is a place of power.
Whether the minister is using it or not, he has great influence over others.
The pastor is an authority, he is looked up to, he is on stage and he is usually highly regarded. Broken people with damaged lives come regularly to talk with the minister, many of them desperate for a word or attention.
It is not hard for a minister to sway others with their words or personality. The minister probably doesn’t realize the power he has over others.

2. Ministers are often isolated and unaccountable for their actions.
Ministers spend large amounts of time alone. Many don’t have a set schedule or a structured day. They don’t have to clock in and out of work, and don’t usually have church leaders asking them accountability questions.
This is especially true for the small church minister who is often the only staff member. Isolation and lack of accountability are seedbeds for disaster.
