SAY IT AGAIN FOCUS

HABAKKUK 2:1

I will stand my watch and set myself on the rampart, and watch to see what He will say to me, and what I will answer when I am corrected.

For any Christian to satisfy God and appreciate in a chosen career, something is highly important. This I call focus.

Focus is never a talent but a skill to be acquired. The prophet in the text of consideration said ‘there I will wait to see what the Lord says’ focus is the combination of two key words ‘wait & see’

A person who can’t wait on God can never receive or see His divine manifestation. Do you still remember a popular phrase ‘let’s wait and see’ it is a typical challenge to everybody reading this article.

Jesus also reiterated this when He said watch and pray. The two Greek words mostly interpreted as watch are ‘paratereo and phulake’ both means ‘to observe or keep guard’.

A single lost of focus can throw ones life into the den of satan.

Note the word of Apostle Peter (Peter 5:8) ‘be vigilant, be sober for your enemy the devil lurks around looking for whom to devour’. The word vigilant means ‘to be watchful or keep focus’

You need focus to succeed in everything in this world. The reason satan kingdom is growing is because each demon is focused on the assignment giving to him.

An athlete who is always looking at the back while on track without a focus on the finishing line would run in vain I Cor 9:24-27.

The challenges in front of us as children of God is to be focus on the journey to the kingdom of God despite the importance of this we must be productive, John 15:5, depopulating the kingdom of satan.

How do we do this other than re-engineering our focus on the charge of Jesus in Matt 28:19-20.

We can not remain like this, the issue of doctrine is far killing the church of Jesus worldwide, I belong to Paul or Apollo has sucked our mission to mere jamboree Christianity. Which way do we go brethren?

            As I write this, I am embittered because the wind of doctrine and vain glory have hijacked our main priority Eph 4:14

            Apostle Paul writing to the Galatians called them foolish and asked if they have been bewitched to start elevating the irrelevance above the relevant. Gal 3:1-3

I am not writing against doctrine for edification but against doctrine as a prison to grow as a child of God. Which is more important Jesus or doctrine?

Do we have any other ministry than Jesus birth, teaching, lifestyle, death, resurrection, victory over death and His second coming?

We keep deceiving ourselves by thinking we can do it anyhow and get to the destination. Watch out for the conclusion of this article tagged ‘becoming a focus Christian’.
