CRUSHING THE PUNCHES OF EXPERIENCE

The beautiful thing about our world is that, it is one which have phases; no wonder, the wisest man in history spoke about time in Ecclesiastes 3:1-10. The phases are the past, present and the future, this week edition of winning ways shall be sharing with you the accurate tools to overcome the problems your experience of life might have planted in your destiny.

For you to understand the story in II Kings 7:1-5, you have to understand that in chapter 6:25, the Syrian king Benhadad have besiege Samaria, this brought great famine upon the people of God, it was so severe that the price of the little supplies they had was heavily inflated. It got to a time that some Samarians resolved to cannibalism. This prompted the king of Israel to demand for the head of the prophet of God (Elisha). Are you facing any form of famine, I declare before this time next month, you will have abundance in Jesus name.

Prophet Elisha then declared the abundance from the throne of grace but a chief who the king love most antagonize it because of his experience of commerce and economics.

Many of us criticize this man but in the real sense we are not better than him, our expertise have destroyed our faith in the ability of God to bring  something out of nothing, Genesis 1:1-3.

Experience is the entirety of what a person have seen, heard and perceived. It includes ones strength, weakness and phobias. 

Do you know that satan is an expert when it comes to stealing testimonies with ones experience? Creating doubts and disbelieve is a major tool he uses to hinder many of us.

Two things satan intend to plant in your destiny when he uses your experience or 

That of your immediate environment.

- FEAR (false experience appearing real),it is recorded in the scripture 365times that you should not fear.

- DOUBT/UNBELIEVE.

If he succeeds planting the above, he will steal:

- God’s provision (ability to discover),

- Divine agenda(unmerited favour), Jer 29:11

- Divine revelation(creative sense).

Remember Sarah almost changed God’s agenda for family when she advised her husband to sleep with Hagar. Though, Isaac came but you and I know the disasters the demonic seed od Hagar have brought to the world.

THE WAYOUT

-  Reject satanic sermon which is ‘that  is not possible’

-  Embrace the word of God which is perfect to change destinies. Psalm  119:130

- act and live by faith Romans 1:17

- afford satanic gathering Psalm 1:1- 3

- crush satanic thoughts and doubt by pleading the blood of Jesus to  nullify it.

- learn to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, II Cor 5:7.

Your tomorrow is great so take time to apply what you have learnt here.

If it is possible for Isaac to prosper in the midst of famine, you will prosper despite all the discouragement surrounding you.

 Failure to drift and abscond from the punches of experience one might end up like the chief, II Kings 7: 18-20.

This is my prayer for you, yours will not be like the chief but you will live to enjoy every of God’s provision for your destiny in Jesus name. Shalom
