We can see this truth illustrated in the life of Nehemiah. Nehemiah demonstrated that a man of vision must confront opposition to keep his dream a reality.

"But is came to pass, that when Sanballat heard that we builded the wall, he was wroth, and took great indignation, and mocked the Jews."

Nehemiah 4:1

There are always opposition to every idea that God gives you. Sanballat was "wroth" when he heard that Nehemiah had a great vision - the rebuilding of the wall. He took great indignation to a great vision.

 Great ideas naturally attract great opposition just as little ideas are prone to little opposition. In fact, you can judge how great a vision will be by the degree of

attention the devil takes in it.

I was meditating and writing this material one Saturday night when I felt like going to the toilet. Whilst in the toilet, I heard the Lord say this in my spirit "Opposition is the tribute the devil pays to a great idea and vision."

I ran back to my writing desk to put it down on paper before going back to the toilet to finish up. Hallelujah! Sanballat didn't stop there.

Pay the price for your vision and that includes criticism, opposition, mockery and backbiting. If you cannot cope with that, then you cannot cope with success. I believe that it is only a small price to pay for bringing your vision to reality.

Would you rather that you are a nobody, affected nobody, inspired nobody and have the priviledge of ho opposition? I prefer to affect nations, inspire my generation and reach millions with the word of life and I will not complain about all the opposition and adversaries that will follow.

If you refuse to allow your adversaries to get you to stop your vision, your vision will

soon be conquering territories and generations long after both you and your adversaries are dead
